And on the the seventh day, we stayed home and relaxed..
Just kidding.
The day starts out just like any other day.
We head down.
We start the day off by getting breakfast at our favorite spot.
Planet 3rd.

It wasn't long before Andy hears a song he remembers from his high school graduation....
O.
I forgot to mention that from the night before, in the club, we were apparently too caught up to realize that we were dancing in the WOOFER.
Why didn't anyone tell us we were in the WOOFER.

In any case, I was partly deaf for the good part of Day 7.
In my left ear mostly.
I know it may sounds like an exaggeration, but I fear I really have irreparable
damage to my ear drums.
Jeremy chilin, soakin up the view in Planet 3rd.

Lloyd heads to pee and finds this awesome sign.

Our food this time was pretty uneventful. Which explains the lack of pictures.
So we finish up, and head out.
We head back to Andy's spot.
Actually I'm just going by what the videos and pictures say. I forget exactly what happened at this point.
Then Lloyd tries to steal my shoes.

Oh yea!
So what happens in Japanese Elementary school (and possibly prison) is this thing called "KONCHO."
Its a little thing that the kids do to each other, where one asks another, "Do you like Koncho???"
The other kid will presumably say, "What's Koncho?"
Then the other kid will say, "Turn around, I'll show you..."
(btw, nothing good can come from that phrase.)
So the kid will turn around and....
So after jeremy washes his hands, we all get ready to head out to meet up with one of Andy's friends that just got married.
We head out to the bar they're at...
We get there and we leave immediately.
I guess we took too long...
Anyways, the plan is to head to a Karaoke bar.
I suppose its like THE THING to do when visiting Japan.
It IS their supposed favorite pastime.
My idea of Karaoke in Japan consists of Japanese Businessmen actin crazy on the mic, teenagers singing drunk, and Scarlett Johansenn smoking with a saggy Bill Murray...
We get inside this place and its a literal HOLE-IN-THE-WALL.
There's space for about 9-10.
Our party is about 15-16.
Our Bartender was some white dood from Oakland.
The bathroom was dirty as fuck.
But their Karaoke puts our silly Magic Mic to shame.
After a couple of expensive drinks, we get a little more comfortable.

Some other people that were at the bar.

A couple more drinks.

OH and this is Andy's friend, Gerard.

He just got married.
He's like from England town, and has that British accent and shit.
Actually, me, Lloyd and Jeremy were the only Filipinos at the bar not from London town.
So then, after spending waaaayyy too much at this bar, we leave.
(actually, it was rather normal price, by U.S. standards....but we were in Japan and up until this point, had alcohol for really cheap.)
We find ourselves wandering the street of Osaka, drunk, and sweaty.
Then we hop inside this club that I forgot the name of...

Again, it was one of those places that has all you can drink.

Lloyd trying to dance with some guy.

Found Andy dancing with some girl, that doesn't appear to be his GF.

So I asked him who she was..

He doesn't know apparently..
The rest of the night is a blur and we wander out of the club in daylight again...

Oh and remember how I keep saying how hot and humid it is?
Well, I got fed up with seeing these Japanese people frolic along wearing jeans and pants and even long sleeve shirts.
So I decided that if they could do it, so could I...

This is me wearing pants in 95 degree weather with 120% Humidity.
Quite possibly the dumbest thing I've ever done.
Not so bad when you're drunk, but sobering up was kinda shitty.

So that was us on Day 7.
I'm starting to realize that the longer I wait to do these posts, the more I seem to forget. Been busy with other side projects, but I'm def. gonna try to do these more frequently.
Kinda funny that its been almost a month since we came back, and we're only on day 7.
But its almost sad to think that when this Japan Recap is over, that our Japan trip will REALLY feel over.
O well. There's always Japan '09 to look forward to.
Day 8 seems like its the last full day of stuff.
Some loungin, reggae, and horse meat.
And no, that wasn't a typo.
